The Steelhorse Environment builds upon the industry recognised LAMP technologies to accelerate the development process reducing the "time to market" for your web site.

THe Steelhorse Environment was developed to improve developer productivity thereby reducing the time to develop and deploy web sites. It was decided to base the environment on the LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL and PHP) technology. This is one of the main industry recognised platforms for web sites on the internet.

Building upon this platform and by both exploiting and extending the inherent features the Steelhorse Environment significantly improves developer performance. Reducing time spent on the mundane aspects of development and allowing greater functionality to be incorporated into web sites easily.
